Jayson Paul[2] (born December 10 1984) is an African American professional wrestler better known by the ring names JTG and The Neighborhoodie. He is best known for his time with World Wrestling Entertainment, for whom he and his partner Shad Gaspard wrestled on the Raw brand as the tag team Cryme Tyme.[1]
Career
Paul began his career in 2006 working in the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) developmental territory Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) under the ring name The Neighborhoodie.[3] While there he was placed into a tag team with Shad Gaspard, and together they held the OVW Southern Tag Team Championship on one occasion.[4] In 2007 the team was promoted from OVW to the WWE Raw brand under the name Cryme Tyme, with Paul changing his name to JTG. They wrestled as a team on Raw until September 2 2007, when both men were released from World Wrestling Entertainment.[2]
