Video Days was a skateboarding video by Blind Skateboards released in 1991.

It was directed by Spike Jonze and starred Mark Gonzales, Rudy Johnson, Jason Lee, Guy Mariano, and Jordan Richter. It is generally regarded as one of the most influential street skateboarding films of all time, if not the most influential. Many professional skaters have listed it among their favorite skate videos. The soundtrack includes many types of music, including grunge, jazz, pop, and funk.

Video Days is shown playing in the background during a scene in the film Kids.
