Scary Kids Scaring Kids

Scary Kids Scaring Kids is an Emocore band from Gilbert, Arizona. They take their name from a Cap'n Jazz song.

Since the release of their debut album on Immortal Records, the band has toured with numerous bands including, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Silverstein, Aiden, Mest, Funeral for a Friend, and many more. They also played part of the 2006 Vans Warped Tour and are scheduled for 2007.

They recently finished up the 2007 Take Action Tour, which included The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Emery, Kaddisfly, and A Static Lullaby.

A picture was posted on their Myspace with a grim picture of a mask saying "July 4, 2007 it begins..." and there were many speculations of what this may mean, including theories of the new album being released that day, despite the fact that CDs are only released on Tuesdays, (4th July was a Wednesday); most places are closed July 4; and they can't release it without informing the stores. On July 4th, the color of the picture was changed to white and showed just the mask and a new song "Faces" was released on their MySpace and Purevolume pages. Their new album was released on August 28, 2007 as a self-titled album.
