Payame Afghan TV is a satellite television network based in Los Angeles, California. It is an Afghan channel with news, music, and entertainment shows in pirmarily the Dari and Pashto language. It is privately owned by long time Afghan journalist Omar Khetab. The channel broadcasts withe Galaxy 25 Satellite Services. Mr. Khetab, the owner of Payame Afghan TV, also owns Khetab Radio, a political show where opinions are shared on a wide range of topics, primarily on political issues. In both Payame Afghan TV and Khetab Radio, political issues are often discussed with a panel of guests that usually consist of political analysts and sometimes former and current politicians.
