Matt's Readiness Rating (MRR) is just a score from 0–10 reflecting how ready I (User:Matt Crypto) think an article is for the WikiReader in Cryptography. "0" means it needs to be written from scratch. "10" means it's ready. And there's some bits in between. It's meant only as an "at-a-glance" guideline. My judgement is certainly far from perfect, and if you disagree with a score, let me know, and we can average our scores, or something!
