Project Syndicate is an international not-for-profit newspaper syndicate and association of newspapers. It distributes commentaries and analysis ("opinion pieces") by experts and activists to its member newspapers, and encourages networking among its member newspapers.

It is based in Prague, Czech Republic.

It currently consists of 332 newspapers in 133 countries, with a total circulation of 43,750,569 copies.

It receives fees from its members in developed countries and has received grants from the Soros Foundation, which together allow it to offer some services free to newspapers in developing countries.
