the republic a micronation?

The article micronation defines them as "differ[ing] from secession and self-determination movements in that they are largely viewed as being eccentric and ephemeral in nature". I think by definition the Lakotah Republic is a secession/self-determination movement, and therefore not a micronation. --86.137.156.17 (talk) 20:25, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you read further on micronations, it talks about the number of people who are part of it and that when it is a small number, say 4 activists, it should be considered a micronation, not a country. See Principality of Sealand as an example -- (Shocktm | Talk | contribs.) 20:38, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
