Poetry of Afghanistan

Afghan poetry refers to:

• poetry composed in Afghanistan (Poetry of Afghanistan)
• poetry composed in the Pashto language, the language of ethnic Afghans.

The Poetry of Afghanistan (some times also Afghanistani poetry) is written in any of the languages spoken in Afghanistan, but primarily in Persian or Pashto, the two official state languages.
