Yes, truth be told, I am an evil genius. Currently, my base is located in the heart of a volcanic island. My plan is to activate a laser beam and use it to threaten the major countries into submission. To kill two birds with one stone, I will place a large green lens in front of it and terrorize the world on Saint Patrick's day, fulfilling one of my goals and spreading holiday cheer at the same time!
