Hi! The image was deleted because non-free images of living people are generally not acceptable. However, since Sanchez is sitting in the bing for a long time, it'll be quite difficult for somebody to make a free image of him - so I'll make an exception here. Since you're a newbie I will resurrect my long gone AGF. I have over 50000 edits here... I lost my AGF about 3 years ago. FTR the WP FLAG discussion ended up in a deadend. The only valid comments on it came from multiple admins at the Music project who said don't use 'em. You can experiment if you want. Try putting a flag on the Pantera article and see how quickly Admin Nufy8 rm's it. Try Putting a flag on any article related to Motorhead and see how quick Admin Wiki alf or Admin Bubba Hotep rm it. Put a flag on anu Kiss related articles and Admin Cholmes75 will remove it. Look at Admin John's edit history... do you notice something?... another flagcruft remover. Also, re logos... the consensus is to delete them all. The only talk of discussion is to discuss the possibility of re-adding the logo into the main article body if it's deemed notable enough to do so. Hope that helps. Remember... try to edit like it's an encyclopedia and not a junior high school book report or some dumbass fansite and you'll do well. If you need any help don't hesitate to ask.
