Youku is founded by Victor Koo the former President of Sohu

Usage

Youku is well known in the peer to peer sharing circle due mostly because of the site's ability to host videos and movies for streaming. Unlike YouTube, Youku does not cap the limit of videos. There are also no copyright infringement policies enforced, so full episodes of any television series can be hosted.
