Shenae Grimes (born October 24, 1989) is a Canadian actress. She currently plays the role of Darcy Edwards on Degrassi: The Next Generation. She acted in a 2006 Coffee Crisp commercial. She was a recurring guest star on the Family Channel series Naturally, Sadie as Arden Allcott.

Shenae currently attends Vaughan Road Academy, located near the Forest Hill neighbourhood in Toronto. She is also an intern at Toronto's Fashion Television but was hit with a "strip-photo" scandal by Canadian gossip blog Isthishappening.com [1]

Recently, Shenae participated on a Fucked Up Christmas 7" record entitled "David Christmas". The B-side song includes Shenae's talent along with musical stars and figures like Davey Havok, Scott Vogel, and Nelly Furtado. The Record will be released on December 15th[2].
