  • Tupac Inca Yupanqui (1471 - 1493), the tenth Sapanoso Inca of the Incan Empire
  • Túpac Amaru (? - 1572), the last indigenous leader of the Inca people in Peru
  • Túpac Amaru II (1742 - 1781), a descendant of the Inca chief Tupac Amaru and leader of the 1780's uprising in colonial day Cusco, Peru
  • Tupac Katari (c. 1750 - 1781), the leader of a rebellion of indigenous people in Bolivia
  • Tupac Katari Guerrilla Army, an indigenous guerrilla movement in Bolivia which was active during the 1990s
  • Tupac A. Hunter, a state senator from Michigan
  • Tupac Shakur (1971 – 1996), American rapper, actor, poet, and social activist
