It was not an experiment. --90.203.247.219 (talk) 20:54, 24 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No, but it's factually incorrect. One Night In Hackney303 20:56, 24 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps I can be more constructive than our friend here. Brian Faulkner was born in Ireland, a region of the United Kingdom. Northern Ireland didn't exist until he was circa 6 months old. That's why its wrong to say he was born in Northern Ireland.Traditional unionist (talk) 21:15, 24 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Allow me to explain: Paris is in France. Athens is in Greece. County Down is in Northern Ireland. Nobody said he was born in Northern Ireland - his place of birth, however, is County Down, Northern Ireland. --90.203.247.219 (talk) 21:40, 24 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Do not accuse me of vandalism or experimentation again, thank you. As for "factually incorrect" - I can assure you that County Down is most assuredly in Northern Ireland. Feel free to read up on the political geography of the British Isles. I'm sure I don't need to cite sources for that fact.
And... if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia, take a look at the Welcome Page.

The point is that Northern Ireland didn't exist when Faulkner was born, hence he couldn't have been born there.Traditional unionist (talk) 21:42, 24 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. He was not born in Northern Ireland, he was born pre-partition in Ireland. Please stop adding incorrect information to articles. One Night In Hackney303 21:43, 24 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The point is that County Down is in Northern Ireland.
I've already instructed you not to accuse me of vandalism.
Please read my messages in future if you wish to continue polite communication with me.
