Skegness Grammar School is a selective school in Lincolnshire for around 820 11-18 year old students on Vernon Road in Skegness, Lincolnshire. The school was built in 1933 when the Magdalen College School, Wainfleet, moved to a new site. This former school was a satellite school to Magdalen College, Oxford, being formed in 1485 by William Waynflete (also known as William of Wainfleet), the Bishop of Winchester. He also founded Magdalen College.

It has been specialised in sport and is a sports college. In 2006 ICT and Mathemathics has been granted for this school's second specialism. It has a sports centre including four tennis courts, eight mini tennis courts and an Astroturf/All weather pitch with pavilion.

It has had a boarding house at Wainfleet Hall on Low Road in Wainfleet for around seventy patrons of the school since 1991. It is one of the two boarding available school in lincolnshire along with one in Market Rasen. It became the first school in the UK to gain Grant Maintained status in 1988.

In the 2006 school league table results for Lincolnshire, this academically selective school came 5th out of 35 for attainment at A level/AS level, which was also 7th in the whole of the East Midlands.

Mr Roy Ballantyne is currently Headmaster following the sudden and unexpected early retirement of Mr Andrew Rigby (2007), who joined the school as Deputy Headmaster in 1991 and was appointed Headmaster in 1997. Previous to Mr Andrew Rigby, Mr Webster was headmaster for nearly 20 years.
