Dead or Alive 5 will be the 5th installment in the successful Dead or Alive series of video games. Designer Tomonobu Itagaki stated in an interview that has the first play concepts in mind, one of which is that the fifth game in the series will probably no longer feature Tag Team Battles.[1] The platform for Dead or Alive 5 is not known at this time, although Xbox 360 is presumed due to Itagaki's relationship with Microsoft. A release date has yet to be announced.
