Isha is a modern day spiritual teacher. Her teachings are simple, and are widely practice throughout Latin America. Isha also gives extensive social work in prisons, hospitals and rehabilitation centers.[1]
Background
Brought up by adoptive parents in Melbourne Australia, at 15, she began working as a racehorse breaker and trainer.[2][failed verification]
This search eventually brought her to create the Isha System, a series of simple techniques that expand and stabilize consciousness.[3][failed verification]
Today, Isha is President of the International Isha Foundations (Fundacion Isha Educando para la Paz) in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Brasil, Colombia, Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica and Mexico. Her social outreach programs have taught the Isha System to underpriveleged groups throughout Latin America, including prisoners, terminally ill patients, and ex Guerilla soldieras in Colombia.[4][failed verification]

Consciousness is the absolute truth, it is an experience of love, it is infinite and has no limits, and it is within everything.
Traditions are based in the illusion of time and space. They are made up of stagnant belief systems that have become rigid with time, not flowing with the natural changes of life. These belief systems make people feel safe, because they have a set of rules to follow, but they are false idols, because they are just belief systems.
Consciousness cannot be contained within a tradition, it only exists in the eternal present, and is constantly evolving, growing and expanding in infinite, eternal love.[5]
