Monoxide Child

Monoxide Child is the stage name of Paul Methric (b. July 14, 1973)[1], a member of the group Twiztid. He is also a member of the two supergroups Dark Lotus and Psychopathic Rydas. Paul is widely known for his love of Newport cigarettes and marijuana. He has also been featured in the videogame Backyard Wrestling: Don't Try This at Home.

House of Krazees

Methric started out as an original member of House of Krazees under the pseudonym "Hektic". Along with Mr. Bones and The R.O.C., the original House of Krazees released six albums in the years 1993-1997. Problems with the groups label, Latnem Intertainment, lead to The R.O.C leaving the group. [2] After an offer from the Insane Clown Posse to join Psychopathic Records, the two accepted and reemerged as the duo known as Twiztid.

Twiztid

After being signed to Psychopathic Records, the duo re-did their image, and set out to prove themselves. Twiztid's first appearance came on the song "Echoside", off ICP's album The Amazing Jeckel Brothers, in 1998. Later in '98, Twiztid's debut album, Mostasteless, was released. After being signed to Island Records, the album was soon pulled from shelves and re-released. [3] After going back on Psychoapthic, Twiztid released Cryptic Collection and Freek Show in 2000. Freek Show debuted #51 on Billboard charts, proving the group could do well on their own. [4] Since then, the duo have stuck with the Psychopathic label and even helped sign artists Blaze Ya Dead Homie and old friend The R.O.C.

In September 2007, it was announced that Monoxide tore his MCL, forcing Twiztid's "The Toxic Terror Tour" to be Postponed. The tour was started up again Feb. 21st 2008 and is scheduled to continue until March 22nd 2008.
