Malice Green was an African-American Detroit citizen who was murdered (bludgeoned with a flashlight) by Detroit Police Officers Walter Budzyn and Larry Nevers on November 5th 1992 during a routine traffic stop. Budzyn and Walters were convicted of murder.

The city of Detroit attempted to falsify reports by harassing the Kalil Jiraki, city coroner, into testifying that drugs were involved in the incident. Kalil Jiraki was awarded $2.5 million in a harassment suit filled against the City.
