Falla Nou Campanar

Falla Nou Campanar is the winner of the Sección Especial of Falles in both the categories of mayor (adult) and infantil (child) for the past four years. It has won each year consecutively since 2004. It is located outside of the city center and not within a neighborhood but on a plot to itself. Each year it has been the largest and most expensive falla. In 2006, it cost approximately, 600,000 Euros. To many, it represents the commercialization of fallas and is seen as more of a tourist trap. It has a large amount of money at its disposal and for this reason can afford the best artists and engineers.
