Wowhead is an unoffial Search database for the popular RPG, World of Warcraft. It was created in December 2005, starting with just a `Talent Calculator'. In June 2006 they released the now-main project of Wowhead, their item, quest, NPC, ability, etc., database. The Database relies mainly upon players and fans of WoW themselves, through helpful comments and through their client which records information as the game is being played on thousands of computers. They have since become a member of the ZAM Network with other sites such as Thottbot and Allakhasam.[1]
