Lori Easley Otter (born 1967) is a former beauty queen from Meridian, Idaho who is married to current Governor of Idaho Butch Otter.

Born in Pensacola, Florida in 1967, Otter moved to Idaho as a child and graduated from Kimberly High School. She received a teaching degree from Boise State University and a master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, & Education Administration from Northwest Nazarene University.

Otter taught K-12 physical education, English and health. She coached girls basketball and volleyball at the junior high and high school levels for 13 years, in the Meridian School District in Meridian, Idaho.

Otter won the Miss Idaho USA title in 1991 and represented Idaho in the Miss USA 1991 pageant broadcast live from Wichita, Kansas in February 1991. The pageant was won by Kelli McCarty of Kansas.

During her year as Miss Idaho USA, Otter met Idaho's then-Lieutenant Governor of Idaho Butch Otter. L.Otter returned to Idaho 1995 after teaching and coaching in Arizona, and the two began dating. Otter divorced his former wife Gaye Simplot, daughter of potato magnate J.R. Simplot, in 1992. The marriage was annulled by the Catholic Church in 2006. After dating for years, the two married in Meridian, Idaho on August 18, 2006. In November 2006, Butch Otter was elected Governor of Idaho, and Lori Easley Otter became First Lady of Idaho when Governor Otter took office two months later.
