Kingsize Soundlabs is a recording studio in Silver Lake, California.[1]

Kingsize Soundlabs has recorded Jesus and Mary Chain, Built To Spill, Wilco, The Vines, American Music Club, Patrick Park[2], Moving Units, Rilo Kiley, The Sleepy Jackson, The Spinto Band[3], Imperial Teen, Eleni Mandell, Pela, Aggrolites, Slightly Stoopid, Los Abandoned, Amateurs[4], Steve Reynolds, Kristin Mooney, E for Explosion, Booker T and Jolie Holland, Mavis Staples and Sierra Leon All Stars, Attack Attack, and others.

Brief History

Kingsize Soundlabs was started by Dave Trumfio and Mike Hagler[5] in Chicago's[6] Wicker Park district around 1991. In 2001, Kingsize SoundLabs relocated to Silver Lake, California. In 1991, Kingsize Soundlabs was created by Dave Trumfio and Mike Hagler.[7]
