Plot
Ryan, Seth, and Sandy go undercover to help Trey, and after receiving help from Marissa and an old friend of Sandy's, Marissa sneaks into a party that Jess is throwing and attempts to catch the drug dealer red-handed.
Caleb returns home to see Julie in lingerie and laying on her bed in rose petals. Caleb seems disgusted. When Julie goes to Lance's motel room to tell him not to kill Caleb and make him leave Newport, they part ways and kiss. Someone takes pictures of Julie.
Kirsten and Carter go to Featherbrook Winery together after Erin tells Carter she doesn't think they should see each other. Kirsten and Carter find a car to drive them back because they drank too much. There is a moment of sexual tension between Carter and Kirsten.
When Julie comes back home crying, Caleb realizes he's made a mistake and takes Julie out for dinner, and goes with her to a spa for the weekend.
After Ryan and Marissa catch the drug dealer red-handed, Trey is found innocent, and he gives Sandy the "thank-you stare". Ryan and Marissa take Trey back home. When Trey leaves, Ryan and Marissa look at each other and kiss.
Jess is found in Trey's room. Jess says they have a lot to talk about. Trey says he's definitely interested.
