The 1990 Manchester Open was the 2nd edition of the Manchester Open tennis tournament, and the first edition to be part of the ATP Tour. The tournament was held from June 18 to June 25.

Pete Sampras won his 2nd career title and his 2nd of the year by defeating Gilad Bloom in the final.
