Shoji Tabuchi

Shoji Tabuchi April 8, 1944) is an Japanese country music fiddler and singer who currently performs at his theatre, the Shoji Tabuchi Theatre in Branson, Missouri.


Growing Up

Shoji Tabuchi was born April 8, 1944 in Osaka, Japan. When young Tabuchi turned 10 years of age, his mother encouraged him to learn how to play the violin under the Suzuki program. Shoji Tabuchi always loved American country music and promised that one day he would make it to America.

Coming To America

After Shoji Tabuchi finished college, he set sail for America with the little he had. He worked many jobs such as washing cars to be able to get where he is today along with his perseverence with the violin and eventually having someone recognizing his amazing talent.
