Delete There's just not enough out there. His mention in an article on the saudi aramco site [1] is the only thing that's even close to reliable. Part of me thinks, "maybe if I read arabic I'd be able to find more" but it looks like he doesn't have a page on arabic wikipedia, and there's simply no real assertion to notability deserving of a wikipedia article in the sites linked on the page.
