Fantasy Ride is the third studio album by American singer Ciara, currently being recorded between January and present 2008, and its slated to be released in November 2008 (see 2008 in music). She worked with producers Danja, The Clutch, Polow da Don, T-Pain, Ne-Yo, and Rodney Jerkins[8], among others.[9] The first single, which was originally slated to be High Price, may change. The single will hit radio in July and an accompanying video will be released in August.[10]

Album concept

Fantasy Ride will be released as a three-disc album rather than all the tracks on a single CD. Five to six songs will be featured on each disc supplying a different theme. The first disc entitled Groove City contains slow jams similar to Ciara's Evolution single, "Promise". The second disc called Crunktown includes crunk-influenced tracks reminiscing "Goodies". The third disc named Kingdom of Dance provides up-tempo house and freestyle cuts.[2]
