Hullo, I'm an IP editor who has never had a registered account and who does not wish to have one, for various reasons. Previous IPs assigned to me include:

  • blocked for "Trolling, violation of WP:POINT", overturned by blocking admin without fuss in response to emerging consensus, but not before being endorsed by multiple admins, one of whom, displaying {{user anti-anon}} on his page, is now a bureaucrat.
  • blocked for "disruption along with some likelihood of block evasion by, or proxy editing for, blocked User:Abtract", endorsed by multiple admins.

Yeah, I'm aware of the issues there. She also lists articles from afc as her creations in her talk pages, which always seemed rather bad form to me. (Charles Nègre is one of mine.) Ironically (again) her judgment at afc is probably connected to the problems with articles credited to her at DYK and elsewhere.
I included the img link in case anyone would wish to include it. I think we can probably leave it to someone else, since I'm already awaiting my latest block, this time for being an FPM exec.
