This page has been described -and tagged- as being "written like an advertisement", yet it would be nice to know what exactly is considered an advertisement here. Could you be a little bit more specific or substantiate your comments? Thanks in advance. —Preceding unsigned comment added by IDHEAP-MPSI (talkcontribs) 02:48, 2008 August 7 (UTC)

I see you have put in a lot of hard work to change the tone of the article, but, unfortunately, there are several other issues. Therefore, I changed the tag to a cleanup tag. You may want to see this page for a reference to how the page should probably be laid out. Another major issue is that this article contains external links throughout the main body of the article, which should be avoided. Some of these may have been intended as references, but they are not laid out correctly. This link describes how to add citations. I attempted to help with this, but as most of them are not in English. I could not tell if they were more of an external link or reference. When quoting from a different language source, an English translation should be given with the original-language quote beside it (see Wikipedia:Citing_sources#Sources_in_different_languages. Also, it seems that a lot of what I believe are intended to be references are primary sources. Third party sources should be used. I hope this advice helps build a good article!
