Daily medal count table issue

Is there a way to make sure daily medal count table (under Medalists paragraph) stays fully located in a paragraph. We should out the next paragraph (Athletics) down so the table isn't half-located in Medalists, half-located in Athletics. I tried putting some space into [edit:Medalists] but whenever someone edits the full article again, it turns back to previous mode. I hope you know what I want to ask. It just looks a bit extensive.
