Template:Anglican PortalThe Rt Rev Edward Archibald Parry was Bishop of Guyana from 1900 until 1921[1]; and Archbishop of the West Indies from 1917 until 1921 . Born into an eminent family [2], he was educated at Winchester and Oriel College, Oxford[3] and ordained in 1884[4]. After a curacy at St Mary, Acton [5] and a period as Resident Chaplain to the Bishop of Rochester he was Rector of Sundridge and Vicar of St Mark, New Milverton, Leamington[6] before his elevation to the Episcopate.
