Crossroads Christian Church was founded in 1892 by 9 members in Corona, CA. Led by Reverend Wright & sister Iola as singer under the name "First Christian Church of South Riverside". It was located in a small building on Howard & 5th Streets in Corona. In 1932 the name was changed to "1st Christian Church, Corona" with 100 members. In 1964 a new sanctuary was built at Rancho & Main, dedicated by Pastor Ted Smith. It wasn't until 1980 when the name was changed to it's current name "Crossroads Christian Church".

Chuck Booher is currently the senior pastor. Crossroads Christian Church ia a megachurch with a congregation of 5000+ and growing. Crossroads Christian Church has been in the top 5 of all US churches for having the most baptisms in one year and the largest Easter Service attendance.[1]

In 2003 Crossroads opened its first full service cafe called Third Place Cafe and in 2005 they opened the 3000 seat worship center and chapel. To celebrate the opening of the worship center several concerts were put on with artists such as Olivia Newton John, SHeDAISY, Delirious?, & Lonestar [2]
