The Guys Gone Wild video series is the male equivalent to Girls Gone Wild by Mantra Entertainment. These video tapes and DVDs feature much the same content as the Girls equivalent, only instead showing young men performing for the camera — e.g., in the shower, playing football naked, etc.

The first set of three videos, retailing for the same price as the Girls Gone Wild tapes, came out on July 13, 2004. On September 13, 2005, the second set of videos was released. Much like subsequent Girls Gone Wild releases, these are noted on the press release as being slightly "more explicit" than the first round.

Criticism

In an article on the video series in The Taipei Times [1], Bill Horn of Mantra Entertainment notes there are sexist double standards in these videos. For example, in the Girls Gone Wild series, sometimes the young women kiss, while the first round of tapes for the guys series, despite being aware of the large gay market, does not currently have that feature.
