Fan deaths from hypothermia

I've read conflicting articles stating that 1 to 3 fans died during this game of hypothermia. important information for the article, but I can't verify. Might need to check old newspapers?

Anthony Muñoz

The article mentions that munoz was named the NFL Offensive Lineman of the Year. I can'r find a reference to that award in any of my printed references, and a google search turned up nothing. If this award does exist, I's like to know so that we can document the other winners, as well as adding mention of this award to individual pages for Muñoz and the others.
