WSYA...again
Thought you might like to know that yet again, another launch date has come and gone for WSYA. No sign-on yet. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Arob22 (talk • contribs) 15:08, 17 October 2008 (UTC)
- Seriously? And this page had me convinced it was for real this time. Any word from the station on what the heck they're thinking? - Dravecky (talk) 16:31, 17 October 2008 (UTC)
- No word yet. WSYA is currently simulcasting WTDR. It sounds like they have an FM radio plugged directly into the transmitter as there is static on the station within the city grade signal. Both translators are currently off. We can hear WZYP and WAHR quite well in Anniston and Oxford. I'll keep you posted if any more information becomes available. - The word I have received today from one of the senior sales staffers at Jacobs Broadcast Group is that they have decided not to launch WSYA. I am looking for confirmation on this and will let you know ASAP. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Arob22 (talk • contribs) 16:54, 20 October 2008 (UTC)
- Here's the latest from the Sunny website: LAUNCH DELAYED due to tower site issues and necessary equipment delivery delays.Arob22 (talk) 18:47, 23 October 2008 (UTC)

A commendable rescue of Brian Plante. Colonel Warden (talk) 20:55, 9 November 2008 (UTC) |
Wow, great rescue. Foiled the deletionist, non-content creator silly-billies! TCO (talk) 00:50, 10 November 2008 (UTC)

You have been awarded the Sewer Cover Barnstar because you can read through anything. You don’t know the meaning of attention deficit disorder, laugh in the face of boredom, and are wasting your talents if you don’t become a patent examiner. |
- I award this to you, Dravecky, with humbleness and awe. You’ve done what I truly can not. Further, as you read through the 1925 and October 16 articles, you made improvements like these to them, exhibiting the best of true Wikipedian spirit. Thanks. Greg L (talk) 21:10, 10 November 2008 (UTC)
