Cheteshwar Pujara (born 25 January, 1988, in Rajkot, Gujarat) is a right-handed batsman who, in his three first-class matches for Saurashtra, has scored one century, an innings of 145 against Goa, in only his second first-class match. He has played six U19 ODIs, scoring 243 runs with a high score of 80 not out. He was left out of the recent squad that played Australia, but was recalled for the recent Afro-Asia U19 Cup and then the U19 World Cup.one interesting fact is that chteswer has slamed 3 triple tons within a span of one month which gives him place on the front page of t.o.i
