Yaniv Green
Yaniv Green (Template:Lang-he-n, born May 16 1980 in Herzliya, Israel) is an Israeli professional basketball player. Green is a 2.04 m (6 ft 8 ¼ in) tall Forward-Center. He currently plays with the pro club Maccabi Tel Aviv and also for the Israeli national basketball team.
Israeli national team
Yaniv was a main factor in the surprising second place of the U-20 Israeli national team, at the 2001 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship. He was also a part of the team that played at the FIBA Under-21 World Championship and finished in 7th place.
While playing for the senior men's Israeli national basketball team, Green was the leading rebounder at the 2007 European Championship, averaging 9.3 rebounds per game. [1]
