Gabriel Veyre was a early film director born in France but mainly work in México

Veyre was send along with Claude Ferdinand Von Bernard to Latin America, in order of show the early films made by the Lumiere Brothers and explode the Cinematograph.

In 1896 he direct and produced 35 films, with Von Bernard as the camera operator, in México. Many of those films featuring mexican president Porfirio Díaz in daily activities
