Energy Blend

The ingredients of the energy blend are, in order of listing, Citicoline, Glucuronolactone, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, L-Phenylalanine, taurine, malic acid, and caffeine. The maker claims the drink "contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee." If the caffeine content is assumed to be 100 mg, then there are an average of 295 mg of each of the other six ingredients in the energy blend.

Variations

There are three available flavors of 5-hour energy; Orange, Berry and Lemon/Lime. There is also a caffeine-free line of 5-hour energy.
