Slang Term Discussion

Does anyone have objection with my succint description for the slang term? I'm the one who linked it with coitus interruptus. --Conrad Kilroy 03:47, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm from Newfoundland and the definition of skeet as I have used all growning up is spot on. Couldn't have put it any better.

I am surprised to find out that the slang version of "skeet" actually has a somewhat clever etymological background. I had assumed it was simply conjured from thin air.

Me 2. What's funny to me is my closest association w/ skeet shooting is from duckhunt the nintendo game! Never would've construed the word as ejaculation.

This is an unbelievably stupid default page! A neverheard minor slang term instead of historical, real and in common use words.

Well, I recommend you get more involved in popular culture if you have never heard of it. The term is prevalent in Hip-Hop music as well as television (not to mention Dave Chapelle, one of the most prominent comedians of recent). Avengerx 23:53, 21 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I heard it comes from an African word, where in africa it is a form of birth control. I am not sure enough to edit it though, my only "source" is urban dictionary.--Markdashark1212 02:00, 7 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The previous content of this article has been merged to Skeet (slang). --Dante Alighieri | Talk 23:54, 13 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Now that Skeet (slang) has been deleted, slang meanings are starting to show up here again. The question is, can they belong here (as long as they're not unverifiable neologisms, of course) although WP:NOT does not allow them to have an article of their own? -- Jao 17:07, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
