Eleanor Mary Anne Glynn (born 29 March 1986) is an Oxford based musician, alternative and commercial model,Folk/Rock/Roots singer and songwriter who won the Miss England 2006/7 title on the 14th of July 2006, she later went on to represent England in the Miss World 2006 contest in Poland. She was born in Oxford.

Glynn made the final 20 at the Miss World Talent show with her performance of Rainbows song Since You've Been Gone. During her year as Miss England Glynn made national headlines[citation needed] with a campaign against Size Zero; she continues to proudly promote real curves using her past title. Eleanor has a love for classic rock/punk and anything a little alternative.

Glynn is from a musical family and has been a member of locals bands since 12 and working in Oxford as a solo artist; she also enjoys music production and has learned classical on the piano receiving several qualifications from the Royal London School of Music. Glynn is working to continue a career in music as an English solo artist whilst continuing studies in English Language,Culture and Communication after presenting live on a music show called 'Passion Tv' at the age of 17.

Eleanor is a creative individual with a love for History and English and was a member of the 17th century English Civil War re-enactment society The Sealed Knot with her family for over 15 years.

Most recently Eleanor has been doing vocals on a number of local Oxfordshire acts and is currently the vocalist for Oxfordshire based band Elektrix and Rock Electro duo Sikorski.
