Klubi Futbollistik Flamurtari (KF Flamurtari ) is a football club based in Pristina, the capital of Kosovo. It was founded in 1968 and it is one of the best and strongest teams in Kosovo. The club plays in the top division of football in Kosovo, the Kosovar Superliga.[1]
KF Flamurtari were finalists of the Kosovar Cup for the 2006/07 season, losing 3-0 on penalties to KF Liria in the final held in Pristina. From 1992 to 1999 FC Flamurtari has won the Kosovar Cup twice. It is a second biggest team of Pristina and one of the biggest in Kosovo.
The official team supporters (fan club) is called "Armata Kuq e Zi" (Red and Black Army).
