Anna Richardson (born 7 April 1971 in Shropshire) is an English presenter, television producer, writer and journalist.

Biography

An experienced presenter, journalist and broadcaster, Anna started on The Big Breakfast - Channel 4's most successful breakfast show. She was soon spotted for her wit and frank down-to-earth style and for the next six years became a regular on our screens. Anna hosted numerous series for the BBC and ITV, including the award-winning series Love Bites for ITV, for which Anna was nominated for an RTS award.

She went on to present Love Bites Back, Dream Ticket, Des Res and ITV's flagship film series Big Screen, where she met and interviewed some of the biggest names in Hollywood.

Off screen, Anna then turned her attention to writing and producing successful television formats including No Waste Like Home; Turn Back Your Body Clock; and Channel 4's hit series You Are What You Eat.[1]

Anna returned to television presenting last year, on Channel 4’s Supersize vs Superskinny where she immersed herself in the world of faddy and celebrity dieting. She tried radical regimes in a quest to expose uncomfortable truths about the quest for size zero.

Her most recent work is Channel 4's The Sex Education Show,[2] broadcast from 9 September - 14 October 2008.
