This is a list of episodes from the nicktoon, The Penguins of Madagascar. The show premiere on November 28, 2008 with the episode, "Gone in a Flash" as a sneak peek. As a series premiere, It aired after the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2009 with the episode, "Launchtime / Haunted Habitat". As of March 30, 2009, It will air new episodes Monday through Thursday night at 8pm.

They then rethink the decision to be neighborly to King Julien, Maurice, and Mort and activate "Operation: Hammerhead". |

| 2a | "Operation: Plush and Cover" | March 30, 2009 | When toy dolls at the zoo gift shop are made to look like Mort, Julien gets jealous and puts the dolls in the skunks habitat and they spray it and the zoo has them taken back to the factory. Unfortunately, this causes the actual Mort to be shipped back with the toys and the penguins and Julien have to save him. |

Skipper refuses to go. The others go along with it only so they can get candy from Julien's pinata. |
| 3a | "Paternal Egg-Stinct" | April 1, 2009 | Marlene found an egg in her habitat and Private wants to take care of it. The other penguins want to do bad stuff to it and Julien wants to take it. But, it turns out to be a duck and its mother wants it back. |

| 4a | "Gone in a Flash" | November 28, 2008 | When Maurice gets annoyed at Julien for taking all his stuff, he disappears after a camera flashes, which Julien thinks is a "magic king thing from the sky spirits". Now, the penguins must figure out where Maurice is and bring him back to the zoo before it is too late.
