I tend to edit articles of interest to me, usually for simple grammar, and occasionally content improvements.

I generally search for a topic on Wikipedia after reading about it in a book or hearing about it on the radio while commuting. My first goal is to find an article sufficiently rich in content and references to satisfy a curiosity. Rarely I'll find an article in this fashion that seems incomplete. If this happens then I may feel inclined to research the topic and expand the article. DanD (talk)
