Template:Infobox Atlanta Falcons Thomas Cullen Harper II (born October 1, 1985 in Template:City-state) is a former college football player and was starting quarterback for the Clemson Tigers. In 2007, he led Clemson to a 9-4 record, completing 282 of 433 passes and amassing 27 touchdowns, with 6 interceptions. For this, he earned a second-team All-ACC selection, finishing behind Boston College quarterback Matt Ryan. He played high school football at Sequoyah High School in Canton, Georgia.
