Milind Deora (born 4 Dec 1976) is a Member of the 14th Lok Sabha, the lower house of Parliament, from the Mumbai South constituency.

Early life

Milind Deora was born in Mumbai to veteran politician Murli Deora, who was a Member of Parliament for the same constituency between 1984 and 1996, and once again in 1998 in the 12th Lok Sabha. Milind Deora is an alumnus of Cathedral and John Connon School, Sydenham College and Boston University in the United States. He is elected from the same Constituency for the second time in the 2009 Lok Sabha Elections. He is one of the probable young MP to get a ministerial berth.

Career

Both Milind and Murli Deora have been elected as members of the Indian National Congress.

Milind Deora is one of the youngest members of the current Lok Sabha.

Personal life

On 9th November 2008, Milind got married to Pooja Shetty in Mumbai. Pooja heads the film production company "Walk Water Media" and is daughter of film producer Manmohan Shetty.
