Gemayel (Template:PronEng in English) is the name of a prominent Maronite family based in Bikfaya, Lebanon. Transliterated Arabic is Jamail.

Prominent members include:

  • Philip Gemayel, Maronite patriarch from 1795 to 1796
  • Pierre Gemayel (1905 – 1984), Lebanese political leader and founder of the Kataeb Party
  • Maurice Gemayel (1910 – 1970), Member of Parliament, brother of Pierre Gemayel
