RSM Richter is one of the largest independent accounting firms in Canada. The firm offers accounting and business advisory services, primarily to mid-sized companies. It includes 61 partners and 550 professionals, with offices in Montréal, Toronto and Calgary. It is also a member firm of RSM International, the seventh largest network of accounting and consultancy firms in the world.
In 2009, Bottom Line magazine listed RSM Richter as the 9th largest accounting services firm in Canada. The Financial Post also listed RSM Richter in 9th place, in its annual listing of the Top 500 companies in Canada (FP500).
The firm was also also named one of Montreal's Top 15 employers in 2007 & 2008, a regional award for Canada's Top 100 Employers. In September 2008, RSM Richter's Montreal office announced its merger with Chamberland Hodge, changing its name to RSM Richter Chamberland.
Customers are primarily mid-market public and private owner-managed companies.
